Good range of conditions to test big foil. Very light to start and could only get going coming in with swells. After big lull ashore sea grew large chop which was manageable but uncomfortable. On inshore sections without cross chop foil was fine. Got a few tips on toeside riding which was better.
So, think foil will be good for gliding in good F4 as long as not too choppy
